WILSON NDIDI IDEVA - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr Wilson Ideva is the Managing Director of the company. A chartered accountant and double merit award winner, he is vastly experienced in issues of finance and administration. Mr. Ideva has been an accountant with Ben Plastics Limited, a Treasury Manager, First Aluminum Company Limited, Credit Controller, Interstate Airline Limited, General Manager (Finance), Petrolog Limited and Finance and Management Consultant, Wilma and Associates, all in Lagos. Until recently he was the Finance Manager of Future Garments Limited, Smethwick, Birmingham, United Kingdom. It is this whole gamut of accounting and administrative experience that Mr. Ideva has brought to bear on his assignment as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

He is a thorough-bred professional who combines a calm disposition with unswerving stickling to professionalism and details. He holds a Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit, 1984) in accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He was the second best overall candidate, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria qualifying examination and also won the C.J Buck Prize in Management Accounting in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria qualifying examination

KUNLE ADEBOYE - CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Mr Jeffrey Adekunle Adeboye is the Chief Marketing Officer. He is a marketing communications expert with fifteen years experience in positions of strategic importance in the field. He has been the Marketing Officer, West African Seasoning Company, Lagos, Assistant Marketing Manager, TWT Advertising, Customer Relations Manager, Clique Nigeria, Kaduna and until recently, the Regional Manager, (Lagos) of Crusader.Sterling Pensions limited. All these positions occupied by Mr.Adeboye have over the years exposed him to the nitty-gritty developing marketing strategies, marketing/communications proposals, relationship building etc.

A highly skilled and focused negotiator with strong persuasive abilities, Mr Adeboye graduated in 1992 from University of Ibadan, with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Communications Art. He is a member of the National institute of Management and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.

UGOCHUKWU TOCHUKWU DURU - ACTING HEAD, INVESTMENT AND TREASURY
Mr Ugochukwu Duru is the Acting Head, Investment and Treasury of the company. He is versed in issues of marketing and investment. He has worked in Aptics Limited, Lagos as a Sales/Marketing Executive and also First Equity Securities Limited, Lagos as an account officer. He has also been the General Manager, MTN Connect, Abuja. Until recently, he was a Financial Analyst with E&A Associates Limited, Aberdeen, Scotland. A recognizable tread of marketing and investment runs through the length of his career on which he is well grounded.

A highly analytical mind, Mr Duru graduated from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry. He also attended Enugu Business School from where he got a Post Graduate Diploma in Management before proceeding to get a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has just concluded another Masters Degree in Finance and Investment Management at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. His areas of specialty include securities investment and regulations practice and portfolio analysis management.

NNEKA AMOBI - HEAD, ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES
Nneka Ifeoma Amobi joined the service of the company on Monday, December 10, 2007 as the Head of Administration and Human Resources Department. Ms Amobi is a 1981 University of Lagos graduate in biological sciences and also a holder of 1985 master’s degree in public administration specialising in personnel management from the same university. In 1996 she also graduated from Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service of New York University with another Master of Public Administration degree, this time with a bias for Health Policy and Management.

She worked as a personal assistant to the Chairman, Labour Committee of National Assembly of Nigeria’s third democratic dispensation in the mid eighties. In the United States of America she worked with various public health and social systems related establishments handling personnel matters and issues pertaining to compliance with statutory regulations.

She has brought her more than twenty years experience defined by a high sense of professionalism to bear on the company since her assumption of duties.


JOAN MBACHU - HEAD, BENEFITS AND ADVISORY
Joan Eziamaka Mbachu is the company’s Head of Benefits and Advisory. A 1986 bachelors degree holder in Economics and Education from the University of Ibadan, she interfaces with immediate beneficiaries of the scheme on the one hand and the regulatory body on the other in ensuring optimally beneficial service delivery.

A diligent and resourceful manager of resources with readily perceptible leadership qualities enhanced by outstanding interpersonal communications skills, Mrs. Mbachu has had stints with Union Bank, Starline Nigeria Limited, Rosinard Chemical Industries and Aptics Nigeria Limited. She has over twenty years experience in human resources management from which the company has profited from when she headed the Human Resources Department at the company’s inception. She has attended various other training institutions including the Lagos Business School.

ADELEYE DINAKIN - HEAD, OPERATIONS

Adeleye Dinakin is the Head of Operations. He is well grounded in the nitty-gritty and dynamics of the pension industry. His uncanny expertise, high sense of dedication to duty and amiable disposition combine to complement the company’s vision of being an integral part of the success story that is the new pension industry. Successful service delivery in the business of pension fund administration depends largely on the internal operations of the company. The centrality of the Operations Department in the business, therefore, cannot be overemphasized.

Mr. Dinakin who has worked in Crusader insurance (Nig.) Plc and Crusadersterling Pensions Ltd has steered the Operations Department with considerable success, its high technological exigencies not withstanding. He is a 1993 graduate of actuarial science from the University of Lagos and an associate of Chattered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN)
PADDY EZEALA - HEAD, CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Patrick Ezeala was the best graduating student in French from the University of Calabar in 1990. He also holds a masters degree in English and literary studies from the same University. He was the Press Officer of the Cross River National Park and a member of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Africa Communications Network. He has held several other positions including being for more than six years the Senior Manager, Media and Public Affairs of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF).

A literary and highly analytical mind, Mr Ezeala is a prolific writer and publicist with a labyrinthine network of local and international print and electronic media links from which he has profited to excel immeasurably in his career. Since joining First Guarantee Pension Limited on the 16th of October, 2006, he has written extensively on various issues in the Nigerian Pension industry thereby complementing efforts in the spread of public awareness of the scheme. He spearheads branding and marketing communications in the company

Mr Ezeala is widely travelled across Africa and Europe and has attended numerous training programmes across the world including those on advanced writing and media relations, photography, radio programme production and public speaking.

PASCHAL CHIDI EGBUJOR - HEAD, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Mr Chidi Egbujor is the Head, Information and Communications Technology. His background is mathematics whence he has developed and properly fitted into computer engineering capping it with a decade hands-on experience at post-graduate level. He has a strong bias for computer hardware/software installation and management and network administration under Windows 95/98/NT 4.0/2000 platforms. He is also proficient in systems assembly, integration and configuration, Local Area Network design and implementation, notebooks and printers repairs Windows NT 4.0 and 2000 Advanced Server Deployment, TCP/IP protocol suite and disaster Planning.

A 1995 graduate in mathematics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Post-graduate diploma holder in Computer Science/Computer Engineering from the same university, Mr Egbujor has been with BIM International Limited as Computer Engineer, Computer and Associated Products as Systems Engineer and Chips Bits and Bytes Limited as Workshop Manager. He is a member of Computer Association of Nigeria and also Quality Control Society of Nigeria.
