Mr Ojo has had over 35 years work experience in the oil and gas industry straddling the upstream and downstream sectors. He was until recently the General Manager (Value and Portfolio), Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC). Earlier, he was Managing Director/CEO Shell Nigeria Gas Limited. Before joining SPDC he was business and management consultant to Atlantic Healthcare Group which business interests traverse some North and South American countries.
Also, he spent a total of 15 years in National Oil and Chemical Marketing Plc (NOLCHEM) (now Conoil) where he rose to become the Managing Director/CEO. He also worked in UAC in the early part of his career as a Computer Programmer/Analyst.
A thorough-bred professional, Mr Ojo has a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, an M.Sc in Systems Analysis from Aston University, Birmingham, an M.A in Operational Research from Lancaster University, Lancaster, UK, and also has a distinction in the Sloan Fellowship General Management Programme at the London Business School, London.

Nze Chidi Duru is a law graduate of the Bendel State University, (now Ambrose Ali University), Ekpoma, Edo State. He was called to the Bar in 1989.
He has attended several management courses including the Chief Executive Program at the Lagos Business School, Competitive strategy and value creation at the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain, Privatisation, Regulatory Reform, Corporate governance and management of Political economic reforms at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard. He was nominated by the British Government as one of 14 outstanding leaders in Africa and attended Africa Future Leadership Pilot Programme in Manchester, UK.
Nze Duru was elected into the Federal House of Representatives in 1999 and played a key role in establishing the Pension Reform Act, 2004. He has served in various capacities as the Chairman of House Special Committee on Pension Reform Bill, Privatization and Commercialization of public parastatals as well as the Committee on Housing and Urban Development.
He Chairs several other companies such as Aptics Limited, Correspondence Limited and Grand Towers Plc and is a board member of several others, including First Equity Securities Limited (stock brokers). He is a principal partner in law firm of Moka Mezue Okonkwo and Partners.

Hon Terngu Tsegba is a banker. He worked for Lobi Bank Nigeria Limited; a joint venture between the Korea Exchange Bank and the Benue State Government, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Area Manager. He retired voluntarily in December 1997.
He holds a diploma in accounting (upper credit) from the University of Jos and a Post Graduate Diploma from Benue State University. He has also attended several local and international courses in the course of his banking career. He is an associate member, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers
Hon Tsegba is a member of the House of Representatives, and has been representing Gboko/Tarka Federal Constituency since 1999. During his first term in the National Assembly, he served as the House Committee Chairman of States and Local Government and is currently the Chairman of the House Committee on Drugs Narcotics and Financial Crimes. He is also a member of House Committee on Appropriation, Maritime Transport, Pensions, Agriculture, Banking and Currency. He has also served on the House Ad-Hoc Committee on the 1999 Constitution Review and Pension Act Review. His hobbies include golfing and tennis. He is married to Francisca Marie Tsegba (Mrs.) and blessed with two Children, Keghtor and Nguvan.

Umar El-Yakub studied Banking and Accounting at Kaduna Institute of Administration, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Kaduna Polytechnic respectively before venturing into business and politics.
He began his working career with the then Nigeria-Arab Bank in 1985 and worked variously with I. Yakubu & Co., Shettima Enterprises, Shukura Estate Development & Contruction Co., rising to the position of General Manager in 1989 after which he incorporated his own company, Golden Services Nigeria Ltd.
He was elected into the house of Representatives as a member representing Kano Municipal Federal Constituency from 2003 - 2007 where he served to the best of his ability in Committees of Finance, National Security and Agriculture among other standing committees of the house.
Umar El-Yakub presently serves as a Chairman and Director of few companies among which are Afrisoft Ltd, Interprods Ltd, Dys Trocca Valsesia Ltd (DTV) and Golden Services Nigeria Ltd among others. He is a recipient of many award in his academic, political and social life.
