Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim-Imam (Mutawalli Borno) is an indigene of Borno State, from Maiduguri Metropolitan Council. Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim-Imam is an Entrepreneur, Public Servant and Philanthropist who is a founding member of All Progressive Congress. A seasoned Entrepreneur, the MUTAWALLI BORNO who also has extensive interests in Banking, Pensions, Revenue Generation, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Construction and Property Development. He is the Chairman of many Blue Chip companies including First Guarantee Pension Limited, UniCapital PLC (Investment Bankers), Alpha Property Development Limited and Golden Acres Limited. Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim-Imam was educated at the famous King’s College Lagos and thereafter, obtained a Bachelor ‘s degree in Political Science at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Master of Science degree in International Economics Relations from the University of Maiduguri. He is a philanthropist per Excellence and has initiated, supported and completed several charitable projects all over Nigeria in line with his personal philosophy of ‘Service to Humanity’. He is truly a detribalised and patriotic Nigerian and has been recognised and honoured with several chieftaincy titles from various parts of the country. He currently serves as the President of the King’s College Old Boys Association which is the foremost Alumni Network in Nigeria.

Honourable Patrick Oziokoja Asadu was born on August 23, 1964 to the family of Pa David Ezenwa Asadu and the matriarch of the family, Mrs. Mary Oriefi Asadu (nee Eze-Okwechi), both of blessed memory. Hon. Asadu attended Boy's Secondary School, Woko. In 1982 he passed the West African Examination Council (WASC) with distinctions. He studied medicine and surgery at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and graduated with an MBBS in 1988. He also obtained a Master's of Public Health from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Hon. Asadu worked as a medical practitioner in the public and private sectors. Hon. Asadu is happily married.

Mr. Wilson Ideva attended Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi where he read Accountancy graduating in 1984 with upper credit. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in May, 1986 receiving double merit awards. He is also a Fellow of both the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). Mr. ldeva is an Alumnus of London Business School, North-western University Chicago, Kellogg, Chicago Booth, Harvard University and IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland. He is immeasurably experienced in finance and administration and well-tested in the management of human and material resources having amassed over 34 years' experience in finance and general administrative duties in various sectors. He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Premium Pension Limited till December, 2017 when he reached the company’s retirement age of fifty-five (55) years and beginning from 2018, he started his own company, High Street Consulting Ltd mainly to provide premium services for the Pension Industry where he spent over ten years as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in three different Pension Fund Administration Companies. A milestone yet to be achieved by any other person within the Industry. Before attaining the position of MD/CEO of Premium Pension Limited, Mr. ldeva traversed key sectors of the economy in organizations such as First Guarantee Pension Limited, an organization he led successfully as the Managing Director, growing its fund from N3.5 billion upon resuming office in 2007, to N35.2 billion as at November 2010. He was also a one-time Managing Director of Penman Pension, an accountant with Ben Plastics Limited, and the General Manager (Finance) of Petrolog Limited. He served as Finance and Management Consultant with Wilma and Associates, and a Finance Manager of Future Garments Limited Smethwick Birmingham, United Kingdom. Mr. ldeva's vast experience in the private sector shows his commitment to building robust and credible institutions that offer first class services while supporting the economy and national development. His trainings, nationally and internationally, have proven to compliment his strengths in management and have made him one of the leading beacons of new age professionalism in the evolving Pension Industry and beyond. It is no doubt that the belief in his ability to drive change as well as build organizations that meet the expectation of all Stakeholders has perpetually kept him upwardly mobile and bolstered his professional integrity. Mr. ldeva exudes a humble mien and believes ardently in hard work, equity and fairness. For him, these are the basic ingredients for the enhancement of the dignity of the human person in particular and the establishment of a virile and equitable society. Hon. George Ibezimaka Ozodinobi, born in Enugu on 3rd March 1957 and a native of Nimo, Njikoka LGA, Anambra state. He started his educational career in St. Mary’s Primary School, PortHarcourt and later attended St. Bridges Primary School, Enugu. He proceeded to Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe Secondary School, Abagana. He is an alumnus of Anambra Polytechnic, Oko and Anambra State University of Science and Technology, Enugu where he obtained OND and B.Sc. both in Finance. He had a Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Economics from Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland. Hon George I. Ozodinobi commenced his working career in National Provident Fund Board, in Enugu 1980 as a Clerk and rose to Assistant Executive Officer before proceeding to higher institution on study leave. In 1991, he became an investment Officer with Honsal Finance Limited, Lagos and later Junior Consultant Manager with BUCO & ASSOCIATE, a consultancy firm. In 1997, he founded Cilox Nigeria Ltd (now Cilox Group), which is a multi-disciplinary firm with interest in Telecommunication, Green Energy, Water, Pharmaceuticals, Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas and Project/Procurement Management. He has driven the firm since then to become one of the leading business development initiatives, directing and managing projects from conceptual design stages to construction supervision. Also in 2013, he founded Rio Oil Product & Energy Ltd, a Grease and Lubricant manufacturing (ROPEL brands of grease & lubricants). In 2003, he was elected as a member, representing, Njikaoka/Anaocha/Dunukofia Federal Constituency into the Federal House of Representative and he served in the following Committees. 1. Committee on Finance 2. Committee on Pensions 3. Committee on Communication 4. Committee on Housing 5. Committee on Petroleum upstream 6. Committee on Public Account 7. Committee on Army By 2007 and 2011, he contested as a candidate for Anambra Central Senatorial Zone. He is widely traveled and has attended many national and international seminars and courses in management and pension matters. He is indeed an accomplished entrepreneur and highly decorated with various traditional titles. Hon. George Ibezimaka Ozodinobi is married to Lynda Ozodinobi and blessed with five (5) children.

Dr. Ahmed M Salik is a Development Finance Consultant, an Entrepreneur, an Investor and a Shareholder/Director of several private and public companies with diverse range of business interests from agro-allied processing, manufacturing, publishing to property development etc. Prior to going into Consultancy/Entrepreneurship, he had a 24 year successful career spanning over Academics, Banking and Development Finance. His last employment was with the National Economic Reconstruction Fund (NERFUND) where he had risen through the ranks from a Manager/Senior Manager/Asst. General Manager to a General Manager, from which position he took an early/ voluntary retirement and went into full time Consultancy/ Entrepreneurship. As part of the management of NERFUND, he was instrumental to the establishment of over 250 star-up projects in the Small-Medium Scale Manufacturing Enterprises (SMEs) Sub-sector across Nigeria through the provision of short/medium term financing facilities to indigenously- owned enterprises. Dr Ahmed M Salik has attended several courses in Banking, Finance and Project Management and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as the Nigerian Economic Society. Dr Ahmed M Salik studied Economics at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the University of Manchester in the UK. He holds Bachelor’s and Master's Degrees in Economics and the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management. He is married with children.

RT. HONOURABLE TERNGU TSEGBA was born on 4th March 1963 in Gboko, Benue State. Hon Terngu Tsegba is a banker. He worked for Lobi Bank Nigeria Limited; a joint venture between the Korea Exchange Bank and the Benue State Government, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Area Manager. He retired voluntarily in December 1997. Hon Terngu Tsegba holds a diploma in accounting (upper credit) from the University of Jos and a Post Graduate Diploma from Benue State University. He has also attended several local and international courses in the course of his banking career. He is a Fellow, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers His hobbies include golfing and tennis. He is happily married with children.
